Snake Bite

I don't think the reaction on this guy's face is sufficiently panicked. He has more of a "I squirted lemon juice in my eye" way about him than a "A snake is sinking his fangs into my face" look (that is if it hasn't already been paralyzed from the venom). Ouch!
